Franchise Manager is a fantasy basketball league management service at franchisemanager.dev. This policy describes the information we use to provide it.

Information we collect

• Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, verified email address and account name. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars.
• Sleeper: your linked user identifier and username, league membership, commissioner status, teams, rosters, picks and other league information needed for the features you use.
• Information you enter: league settings, contracts, bids, trade proposals, imported files and account-verification responses. Transaction and administrative records help maintain league history and prevent unauthorized changes.
• Technical information: essential session and security cookies, and request information processed by our hosting providers, such as IP addresses and security or error records.

How we use it

We use information to sign you in, verify league permissions, operate your leagues, calculate fantasy values, process league actions, send requested verification messages and league notifications, and protect the service. We process account and league information to provide the service you request, and security information for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Sharing and service providers

League members can see league information exposed by the service, including manager identities, rosters, contracts and relevant transaction records. Your Google email is not intended as a public league profile. Commissioners have additional league administration access.

Cloudflare hosts the service; Neon stores application data; Google provides sign-in; Sleeper supplies league information and delivers integrated messages. These providers process information needed for their functions and may operate outside your country, including outside the EEA. Their services and privacy policies also apply to their own processing. We do not sell personal information or use Google account information for advertising. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Cookies, storage and deletion

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. Blocking them can prevent sign-in. Account and league data are retained while needed to operate the service. Some transaction, security or backup records may remain when needed to preserve other members' league history, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Commissioners can delete their league using the league deletion controls.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and exercise other rights available under applicable law, by contacting us below. We may verify your identity. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account permissions; this does not itself delete records already held by Franchise Manager. Where applicable, you may complain to your data protection authority.

Contact and changes

For privacy or account-deletion requests, email franchisemanagerinfo@gmail.com, identifying the account or league involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
