These terms apply to your use of Franchise Manager at franchisemanager.dev. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Accounts and league permissions

Use your own accounts and provide accurate information. Keep access credentials and league permissions secure. You must be authorized to connect or administer a league. Do not impersonate another manager, bypass verification or access another league's private information. If parental permission is required under applicable law, obtain it before using the service.

League management

Commissioners choose league rules and administer their leagues. Managers are responsible for the offers, contracts and other actions they submit. Review terms before confirming: completed transactions and league deletion may be irreversible. Fantasy values and projections are estimates and do not guarantee player performance or real-world contract outcomes.

Franchise Manager and Sleeper may not update simultaneously. Actions on this site do not necessarily complete the corresponding action in Sleeper; review confirmations and follow any required commissioner steps. Commissioners and managers remain responsible for resolving league disputes and checking league records.

Acceptable use and submitted content

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, malicious software, exploitation of security flaws or disruption of other users. Follow the rules of connected services. Only upload information you have the right to use. You retain your rights in submitted content and allow us to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service.

Free access and donations

The service is free. Any available donation is voluntary and does not purchase league advantages or a guarantee of continued availability.

Availability and responsibility

The service is under development. Features, calculations and availability may change, and errors or interruptions can occur. Keep independent copies of important league information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free data. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Connected services and access restrictions

Franchise Manager is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Sleeper, the NBA or salary-data providers. Their own terms apply when you use their services. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements.
